Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and check them in efficiently
  • Manage guest waiting lists and seating arrangements
  • Provide accurate wait time estimates and communicate them to guests
  • Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
  • Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to optimize guest flow
  • Address guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints promptly
  • Uphold the company standards for customer service and hospitality
