Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays
  • strong organizational skills
  • positive attitude and team spirit

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • manage seating arrangements efficiently
  • maintain waiting lists and ensure guest satisfaction
  • coordinate with restaurant staff to optimize table turnover
  • provide information about the menu and specials
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints courteously
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area
