Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a customer-facing role preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability for flexible scheduling
Positive attitude with a focus on excellent customer service

Job Duties

Welcome guests upon arrival and provide a friendly greeting
Manage the seating arrangement to optimize table turnover and guest flow
Assist guests with inquiries and provide information about the menu and restaurant policies
Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
Handle reservations and waitlist efficiently
Support team members with additional tasks as needed
