Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • flexibility to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
  • basic knowledge of reservation and seating software preferred
  • positive attitude and strong work ethic

Job Duties

  • greet guests warmly upon arrival
  • manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entry area
  • coordinate with servers and management to ensure seamless guest flow
  • answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly
  • assist with reservations and special requests
  • uphold company standards for guest service and appearance
