Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous but not required
- Must be able to navigate throughout the restaurant and communicate effectively with guests
- Must be able to move and grasp items up to five pounds regularly
- Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to bend and stoop frequently
- Adequate vision to discern cleanliness and operate touchscreen
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications

- A positive attitude
- Reading, writing and verbal communication skills required
- Mobility required during the entire shift
- Ability to transport and carry objects such as high-chair up to 15 pounds multiple times per shift
- Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris, and clean booth seats in all restaurant areas
Job Duties
- Open door for guests arriving and departing
- Accommodate any special needs of guests such as boosters, highchairs, disabilities
- Manage the wait list when the restaurant is full
- Provide guest assistance to servers as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area and complete cleaning as assigned
- Invite all guests back for another experience
