Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
- Manage guest seating and reservations efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host station and entrance area
- Coordinate with the service team to ensure timely guest service
- Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Uphold a positive and inclusive atmosphere that reflects company values
- Assist in training new host staff and support career growth within the team
