Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a customer service or restaurant role preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment
  • flexible availability to work various shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests promptly and courteously
  • manage guest seating arrangements efficiently

  • coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely guest service
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude
  • assist in managing reservations and waitlists
  • promote a friendly and inclusive atmosphere consistent with company values
