Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Previous experience in customer service strongly preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and follow restaurant policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Friendly and welcoming personality
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Previous service industry experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Basic communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously
- Manage reservation and waitlist systems efficiently
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth dining flow
- Provide menus and inform guests of specials or promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand and entrance area
- Assist with answering phones and responding to guest inquiries
- Support team members during busy periods and help with other tasks as needed
