Job Duties
- greet and welcome guests upon arrival
- manage reservations and organize seating arrangements efficiently
- communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate guest flow
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
- handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating issues promptly
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- promote a friendly and accommodating atmosphere consistent with company values
