Job Duties

  • greet and welcome guests upon arrival
  • manage reservations and organize seating arrangements efficiently
  • communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff to coordinate guest flow
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and waiting area
  • handle guest inquiries and resolve any seating issues promptly
  • ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • promote a friendly and accommodating atmosphere consistent with company values
