- Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Basic knowledge of reservation systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage guest seating efficiently
- Manage reservations and maintain the reservation system
- Coordinate with servers and restaurant management to ensure smooth front of house operations
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
- Assist in managing waitlists and communicating wait times to guests
- Support team members with various front of house duties as needed
