Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Effective communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • Commitment to providing excellent guest service

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant host role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer skills for managing reservations
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor
  • Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and manage guest seating efficiently
  • Manage reservations and maintain the reservation system
  • Coordinate with servers and restaurant management to ensure smooth front of house operations
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to guest inquiries
  • Maintain a clean and organized host/hostess station
  • Assist in managing waitlists and communicating wait times to guests
  • Support team members with various front of house duties as needed
