Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Must be friendly and accommodating
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and promptly
- Manage guest wait times and seating arrangements
- Provide accurate information about menu, specials, and services
- Coordinate with servers and kitchen staff to maintain smooth flow
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized host station
- Assist in managing reservation systems and walk-ins
