Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Previous service experience strongly preferred but will train
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is strongly preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- Monitor and manage seating to optimize table turnover
- Maintain an organized waitlist and communicate wait times to guests
- Assist guests with inquiries about the menu, restaurant services, and amenities
- Coordinate with serving staff to ensure efficient guest seating
- Uphold cleanliness and orderliness of the host station and entrance area
- Deliver excellent customer service to promote a positive dining experience
