Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival
- manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
- answer phone inquiries and take reservations
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
- communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
- provide guests with menus and explain specials or promotions
- handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
