Job Requirements

Ability to stand for extended periods
excellent customer service skills

Job Qualifications

prior experience in a restaurant or hospitality role preferred

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly upon arrival
manage guest seating and waitlists efficiently
answer phone inquiries and take reservations
maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station and lobby area
communicate effectively with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations
provide guests with menus and explain specials or promotions
handle guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally
