Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
Ability to stand for extended periods
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and accommodating demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and courteously
Manage the reservation and seating process efficiently
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
Support team members during peak times and assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
