Job Requirements

  • Prior restaurant or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Excellent communication skills

Job Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and courteously
  • Manage the reservation and seating process efficiently
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
  • Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
  • Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
  • Support team members during peak times and assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
