Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and courteously
- Manage the reservation and seating process efficiently
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the host area
- Communicate effectively with servers and kitchen staff to ensure guest satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally
- Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere
- Support team members during peak times and assist with other front-of-house tasks as needed
