Job Requirements

Warm and genuine personality
Understanding of the hospitality industry and guest service importance
Ability to work in a high-volume atmosphere
Experience with reservation booking systems preferred
Availability for part-time shifts including weekends
Strong communication skills
Professional appearance and attitude

Job Qualifications

Mature and seasoned individual with hospitality experience
Ability to remain composed under pressure
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience with reservation systems such as OpenTable
Professional demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and weekdays

Job Duties

Welcome guests with information about our company and brand
Remain consistent and poised in a high volume, professional atmosphere
Work with OpenTable to book and plot reservations
Communicate with our team throughout your shift to ensure all reservation demands are met
Exhibit warmth and genuine hospitality to every guest
Manage high-volume guest interactions efficiently
Coordinate seating arrangements smoothly
