Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • Provide information about menu offerings and specials when applicable
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues diplomatically
