Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests promptly and warmly
- Manage guest seating and waitlist efficiently
- Ensure a clean and organized host stand area
- Collaborate with the serving and kitchen staff to optimize guest flow
- Provide information about menu offerings and specials when applicable
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues diplomatically
- Uphold company standards for guest service and hospitality
