Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a restaurant setting preferred
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage guest flow efficiently
Strong team collaboration skills
Flexible availability to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet guests warmly and promptly upon arrival
Manage the flow of guests in the dining area
Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize guest experience
Communicate effectively with servers and management
Assist with reservations and waitlist management
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host station
Provide information about menu offerings and restaurant policies
