Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand, bend, sit for prolonged periods and lift up to 45 pounds
- flexible availability including evenings and weekends
- ability to work part-time 20 hours per week
- willing to complete Safe Staff certification
- willingness to work during special events such as Easter, Mother’s Day, and Christmas

- ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be on feet for extended periods of time
- excellent verbal communication skills
- gift of hospitality and service

- comfortability with an Apple iOS system
- strong work ethic to set an example for children
- background in food and beverage services encouraged but not required
Job Duties
- complete all necessary training as provided by management/trainers
- welcome and seat the guests
- provide guests with the first positive impression of The Grill
- control the flow and timing of the guest seating process
- operate OpenTable on an iPad
- take and input reservation information
- answer questions regarding menu, restaurant information, church and catering information
- clear and maintain dining room as needed
- perform opening and closing duties
- be Safe Staff certified
- display flexibility and good time management skills
