Job Requirements

Current food handler's card or certificate
Proof of employment eligibility
Ability to pass a drug test
Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor under pressure
Prior customer service or hospitality experience preferred but not required
Current food handler's card or certificate
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
Escort guests to their tables and manage seating arrangements
Accurately quote wait times and maintain an organized waiting list during peak hours
Entertain and engage guests who are waiting to be seated
Support dining room operations by bussing tables, getting refills, running food, and assisting ESPs
Perform additional roles such as To-Go Expo and Bar Back as needed
Participate actively in team environment and assist wherever necessary
