Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
- Greet and acknowledge guests with a smile
- Demonstrate professional phone skills and effective communication
- Maintain a polite and professional demeanor
- Follow guest check-in procedures and maintain an organized waitlist
- Ensure proper setup of coffee station and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with silverware setup and bussing/resetting tables
- Keep newspaper area, entry rug, and promo area neat and organized
- Perform closing duties including trash collection, cleaning countertops and entry walls, and maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Clean and organize menus and water plants as needed
