Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the mission of Mecha Noodle Bar
Warmly greet and welcome all guests
Seat guests at tables or inform them of wait times
Follow the Mecha steps of service
Open the front door for guests when able
Build rapport with guests while walking them to their tables
Manage the waitlist to meet business needs
Answer the phone and take guest takeout orders
Accept online and third-party delivery orders
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms hourly
Print menus and waitlists as needed
Complete opening and closing side work checklists
Report equipment problems and maintenance issues
Attend scheduled employee meetings and offer suggestions
Coordinate and assist team members to meet guest needs
Perform other work-related duties as assigned
