Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand or walk for 4-8 hours at a time
- Ability to perform hand and wrist movements including grasping, bending and twisting
- Ability to reach above the shoulder, kneel or squat
- Ability to occasionally lift or carry up to 20 pounds
- Ability to push and pull occasionally

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests as the first point of contact
- Manage the restaurant waitlist using a tablet system
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience
- Assist with bussing and cleaning duties to maintain restaurant cleanliness
- Answer incoming phone calls and assist with reservations
- Handle carryout order handoff and support carryout operations
- Learn about menu items including food and beverages to assist guests effectively
