Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand or walk for periods of up to 4-8 hours
- Capability to perform repetitive hand and wrist movements such as grasping, bending, and twisting
- Ability to reach above shoulder level, kneel, or squat as needed
- Occasional lifting or carrying of items up to 20 pounds
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and punctuality

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge about food and beverages

- Basic digital literacy to use waitlist tablet system
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and set a positive tone for their experience
- Manage the flow of the restaurant and maintain an organized waitlist using a digital tablet
- Provide excellent customer service including answering phones and assisting with carryout orders
- Assist with bussing and cleaning to support team efficiency
- Learn about the menu items including food and drinks to better serve guests
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations
- Handle guest interactions with kindness and professionalism at all times
