Job Requirements

Always uphold and maintain high-quality customer service and hospitality
professional phone skills and effective communication

ability to problem solve and handle guest inquiries

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role advantageous
strong communication skills
ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
friendly and approachable personality
basic organizational skills
ability to work well with a team

Job Duties

Provide exceptional customer service and hospitality
greet and acknowledge guests with a smile
demonstrate professional phone skills and effective communication
maintain a polite and professional demeanor
follow guest check-in procedures and maintain an organized waitlist
ensure proper setup of coffee station and restock supplies as needed
assist with silverware setup and bussing/resetting tables
keep newspaper area, entry rug, and promo area neat and organized
perform closing duties including trash collection, cleaning countertops and entry walls, and maintaining a clean and organized work area
clean and organize menus and water plants as needed
