Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- minimum of 1 years experience in the food industry is preferred
- must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 25 hours a week
- ability to stand/walk for 4-8 hours per day
- must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data
- must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
- must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic
- must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish

Job Duties
- Provide guests with menus
- assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings
- speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service, or to respond to questions and complaints
- answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls
- assist with take out guests and delivery drivers
- maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly, and guests' concerns are addressed
- inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
- inform guests of establishment specialties and features
- receive and record guests' dining reservations
- inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and clean restrooms when necessary
