Job Duties
- Monitor all sections of the restaurant for empty and clean tables
- Assist with resetting tables
- Estimate wait times for guests
- Manage the wait list
- Manage to-go orders
- Interact with guests while maintaining the flow of the restaurant
- Ensure all guest needs are met while in the host area
