Job Requirements
- Must be at least 17 years of age
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in the food industry is preferred
- Must have the ability/stamina to work a minimum of 25 hours a week
- Ability to stand/walk for 4-8 hours per day
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
- Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, carry, finely manipulate and key in data
- Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors
- Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from music and customer traffic
- Must be able to tolerate potential allergens: peanut products, egg, dairy, gluten, soy, seafood and shellfish

Job Duties
- Provide guests with menus
- Assign guests to tables suitable for their needs and according to rotation so that servers receive an appropriate number of seatings
- Speak with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service or to respond to questions and complaints
- Answer telephone calls and respond to inquiries or transfer calls
- Assist with take out guests and delivery drivers
- Maintain contact with kitchen staff, management, serving staff, and guests to ensure that dining details are handled properly and guests' concerns are addressed
- Inspect dining and serving areas to ensure cleanliness and proper setup
- Inform guests of establishment specialties and features
- Receive and record guests' dining reservations
- Inspect restrooms for cleanliness and availability of supplies and clean restrooms when necessary
