Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and manage reservations effectively
- coordinate seating and guest flow using rotation and reservation plans
- assist with coat check and escort guests to tables
- maintain cleanliness and order of host station and lobby
- accurately manage wait times and the waiting list
- support special events, banquets, and Platinum Club service
- communicate guest requests and assist team members as needed
