Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage guest flow effectively

Job Qualifications

Good oral communication skills
Ability to stand for a long period of time
Experience in customer service preferred
Basic knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and approachable demeanor

Job Duties

Greets all guests upon entering or leaving the restaurant and assists any relevant guest needs
Uphold a standard of excellence in customer service
Performs reservations responsibilities and maintains seating assignment charts
Manage flow of traffic and direction to the various outlets of the establishment (Bakery, Café, Market, Mezzanine)
Answers telephone and answers questions accordingly
Perform shift change and/or closing duties
Maintain host/hostess station clean and organized
Ensure all menus are clean
Helps in set up, maintenance, and break down of service floor and stations
Restocks necessary supplies
May be required to assist in private events as needed and instructed
