Job Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience working in hospitality, retail, or customer service
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move for up to 4 hours
  • Clear verbal communication skills
  • Must comply with local and federal food and beverage service regulations
  • Willingness to maintain professional conduct and uphold safety standards

Job Duties

  • Open door for Guests as they arrive and depart
  • Warmly greet and seat Guests while accommodating special needs
  • Manage Guests' expectations during wait times
  • Handle incoming calls courteously and efficiently
  • Acknowledge Guests on departure and invite them to return
  • Perform additional duties such as rolling silverware, running food, and bussing tables
  • Maintain knowledge of restaurant operations, menu, and policies
  • Address and resolve Guest complaints promptly
  • Uphold safety and security standards
  • Assist with cleanliness and maintenance of Greeter areas
  • Maintain promotional materials and Point of Sale items
  • Complete assigned weekly cleaning projects
  • Maintain professional image including uniform and cleanliness
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
