Job Requirements

Must be available for weekday lunches and weekends
Able to work full-time
Previous experience in full-service restaurant preferred but not required
Display a confident and professional appearance
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well with a team
Ability to exert a well-paced mobility for periods up to 6-8 hours per shift
Must be able to carry about 35lbs
Ability to effectively communicate on the telephone

Job Duties

Greet guests with genuine enthusiasm and hospitality
Inform guests with estimated wait times
Input guests information into reservation system properly
Show guests to their tables and take any initial drink orders
Bid guests a warm farewell when they depart
Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning glass and menus
Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked and orderly
Report on time and in proper uniform
Clock in and out as required
Promote teamwork within the restaurant creating a positive work environment
