Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service roles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Familiarity with reservation systems preferred
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform moderate physical work
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, private club, or fine-dining establishment preferred
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and polished demeanor
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with reservation and seating management software is a plus
- A refined sense of hospitality, discretion, and attention to detail
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with a gracious and professional demeanor, ensuring a personalized experience
- Maintain an organized seating chart, manage reservations, and efficiently seat guests while coordinating with the dining and waitstaff
- Foster strong relationships with club members, remembering their names, preferences, and seating requests to enhance their experience
- Communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow
- Uphold the club's high standards by maintaining an elegant and inviting entrance, lobby, and host stand
- Assist in coordinating private dining events, special club functions, and exclusive member experiences
- Address any member concerns with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues when necessary
- Adhere to club policies, dress codes, and maintain confidentiality regarding members and their guests
- Other duties as assigned
