Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel, private club, or fine-dining establishment preferred
- exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and polished demeanor
- strong organizational abilities and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- familiarity with reservation and seating management software is a plus
- a refined sense of hospitality, discretion, and attention to detail
- ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet members and guests with a gracious and professional demeanor, ensuring a personalized experience
- maintain an organized seating chart, manage reservations, and efficiently seat guests while coordinating with the dining and waitstaff
- foster strong relationships with club members, remembering their names, preferences, and seating requests to enhance their experience
- communicate effectively with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow
- uphold the club's high standards by maintaining an elegant and inviting entrance, lobby, and host stand
- assist in coordinating private dining events, special club functions, and exclusive member experiences
- address any member concerns with professionalism and discretion, escalating issues when necessary
