Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly as they enter the restaurant
- Assist callers with inquiries about reservations, restaurant hours, menu options, and special requests
- Keep an accurate account of reservations and update regularly to include all reservation details
- Regularly check menus to ensure they reflect the most recent changes and are presented neatly and in good condition
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the assigned work areas, including host podium
- Provide courteous and efficient service to ensure guest satisfaction
- Coordinate seating arrangements to optimize dining room flow
