Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to engage positively with guests and team members
- No prior restaurant experience required as training is provided
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
- Positive attitude and approachable personality
- Willingness to learn and follow training programs
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly as they enter the restaurant
- Manage the dining room flow and waitlists effectively
- Update guests on wait times with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set for incoming guests
- Collaborate with team members to provide seamless guest experiences
- Maintain a calm and collected demeanor during busy periods
- Help create a welcoming and hospitable environment
