Job Requirements
- must be at least 16 years of age
- able to work days, nights and/or weekends as required
- able to work in noisy, fast-paced environments
- able to read and write handwritten notes
- able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- able to stand or walk 100% of the shift
- able to reach, bend and stoop frequently
- committed to non-discriminatory employment practices

Job Duties
- deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks and games in a fun environment
- greet guests with a positive attitude and coordinate game rentals and merchandise sales
- keep supervisors informed of any issues and take corrective actions
- ensure the front desk and host station are stocked, clean and organized
- manage guest seating, wait times and table turns fairly and efficiently
- process transactions accurately including take-out orders and cash reconciliation
- communicate effectively with guests and teammates while maintaining a professional appearance
