Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
- Act as ambassador to the building, greeting guests with positivity and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones
- Keep immediate supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective action or suggest alternatives
- Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return visits
- Prepare for shift by stocking supplies including menus, silverware, power cards, and gift cards
- Review cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Ensure all menus are stocked and properly maintained
- Check for restocking of necessary supplies and bring areas up to standard
- Discuss problems with manager
- Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team members
- Notify manager of unhappy guests
- Assist other team members as needed
- Drive table turn timing by scouting, bussing, and cleaning tables
- Rotate seating to ensure fairness and balance
- Manage flow from front doors, helping guests and directing as needed
- Manage wait times and communicate with guests, team members, and managers
- Deliver silverware as guests are seated
- Make timely and accurate bill calculations
- Greet and assist guests while processing transactions
- Reconcile monies from banks
- Complete to-go order transactions and ensure accuracy
- Sell merchandise from front desk if applicable
- Smile frequently and communicate effectively
- Follow dress guidelines to look neat, clean, and professional
- Read and communicate clearly in English
- Respond calmly to dissatisfied guests and call issues to manager's attention
- Must be at least 16 years old
