Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Ability to work days, nights, and weekends as required
  • Ability to work in a noisy, fast-paced environment with distractions
  • Ability to read and write handwritten notes
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move about facility for long periods
  • Ability to walk or stand 100 percent of shift
  • Ability to reach, bend and stoop frequently

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage multiple Guests simultaneously
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and positive attitude
  • Strong organizational skills to handle multiple responsibilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, noisy environment
  • Basic math skills for handling transactions
  • Ability to read and communicate clearly in English
  • Capable of calmly addressing guest concerns and escalating issues appropriately
  • Must be professional in appearance according to dress code guidelines

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks and games in an inviting atmosphere
  • Act as an ambassador by greeting Guests positively and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephone duties
  • Keep supervisors informed of problems or unusual matters and suggest corrective actions
  • Bid farewell to Guests ensuring satisfaction and inviting return visits
  • Prepare for each shift by stocking supplies such as menus, silverware, and cards
  • Review cleanliness and organization of the Front Desk and Host station
  • Maintain menus and restock supplies as needed
  • Bring all areas to company standards and discuss issues with Manager
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shifts if applicable
  • Foster cooperative working relationships with Team Members to promote morale and efficiency
  • Notify Manager of unhappy Guests and assist team members as needed
  • Manage table turnover by scouting and cleaning tables
  • Rotate seating to ensure fairness and balance
  • Manage guest flow and wait times, communicating with Guests and staff
  • Deliver silverware as Guests are seated
  • Accurately process transactions and reconcile monies
  • Complete "To Go" orders and sell merchandise if applicable
  • Maintain friendly demeanor and frequent smiling
  • Dress according to company guidelines
  • Communicate effectively in English
  • Calmly respond to dissatisfied Guests and notify Manager
  • Must be at least 16 years old
