Job Requirements

Job Duties
- Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games in an energetic environment
- Act as ambassador greeting guests positively and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones
- Keep supervisor informed of problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
- Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and encouraging return visits
- Prepare the area stocked with supplies including menus, silverware, Power cards, and gift cards
- Review cleanliness and organization of front desk and host station
- Ensure menus are stocked, cleaned, and maintained
- Restock necessary supplies
- Maintain favorable working relationships with team members to promote a positive working climate
- Notify manager of any unhappy guests
- Assist other team members as needed
- Manage table turn timing by scouting, bussing, and cleaning tables
- Rotate seating to ensure fairness and balance
- Manage guest flow efficiently from front doors
- Communicate wait times and information to guests, team members, and managers
- Deliver silverware to guests as seated
- Make timely and accurate bill calculations
- Greet and assist guests with smiles while processing transactions
- Reconcile any monies from assigned banks
- Complete 'To Go' order transactions accurately
- Sell merchandise if applicable
- Maintain a friendly attitude and communicate enthusiastically for the brand
- Dress neatly and professionally in accordance with guidelines
- Read and communicate effectively in English
- Calmly handle dissatisfied guests and escalate issues to manager
- Must be at least 16 years old
