Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles is preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with multiple guests
  • Friendly and enthusiastic demeanor
  • Ability to calmly handle dissatisfied guests and escalate issues appropriately
  • Ability to read and communicate clearly in English
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Neat, clean, and professional appearance
  • Ability to follow dress guidelines

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled guest experience through food, drinks, and games
  • Act as ambassador by greeting guests with enthusiasm and coordinating game rentals and merchandise sales
  • Keep supervisors informed about any problems or unusual matters and take corrective actions
  • Bid farewell to guests ensuring satisfaction and invite them to return
  • Prepare the shift area by stocking supplies like menus, silverware, and gift cards
  • Review cleanliness and organization of the front desk and host station
  • Manage table turn timing by scouting, bussing, and cleaning tables
  • Rotate seating following guidelines to ensure fairness
  • Manage guest flow efficiently and communicate wait times
  • Make timely and accurate bill transactions
  • Greet and assist guests during transactions with a smile
  • Reconcile monies from banks
  • Complete 'To Go' order transactions accurately
  • Sell merchandise from the front desk
  • Maintain a favorable working relationship with team members
  • Notify managers of unhappy guests
  • Assist other team members as needed or business dictates
