Job Requirements

  • Work days, nights, and/or weekends as required

  • Ability to walk or stand 100% of shift

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Demonstrated ability to read and communicate in English
  • Ability to articulate clear greetings, assistance requests, and farewells
  • Experience in restaurant, retail, or cashier roles preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to maintain a neat and professional appearance

Job Duties

  • Deliver an unparalleled Guest experience through food, drinks, and games in a fun environment
  • Act as ambassador to the building, greeting Guests with positivity and coordinating game rentals, merchandise sales, and telephones
  • Keep immediate supervisor informed of all problems or unusual matters and take prompt corrective action or suggest alternatives
  • Bid farewell to Guests, ensure satisfaction and invite return visits
  • Prepare for shifts by stocking supplies including menus, silverware, Power cards, gift cards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of Front Desk and Host station
  • Conduct merchandise inventory during and after shift if applicable
  • Foster cooperative working relationships with company Team Members
  • Notify Manager of unhappy Guests
  • Assist other Team Members as needed
  • Manage table turn timing by scouting and cleaning tables
  • Rotate seating to ensure fairness and balance
  • Manage Guest flow and wait times efficiently
  • Deliver silverware as Guests are seated
  • Make timely and accurate bill transactions
  • Greet and assist Guests while processing transactions
  • Reconcile monies from their banks
  • Complete accurate To Go order transactions
  • Sell merchandise if applicable
  • Smile frequently and communicate effectively
  • Dress neatly and professionally
  • Read and communicate in English
  • Respond calmly to dissatisfied Guests and report issues to Manager
