Job Duties
- Greets guests as they enter and adds them to the waiting list as necessary
- Provides guests with menus and answers any initial questions
- Seats guests at tables or in waiting areas
- Assigns guests to tables that they prefer while considering proper table rotation so that servers receive the correct number of customers
- Engages with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Efficiently and accurately responds to customer complaints and assists in resolving them
- Answers phone calls, takes reservations, and answers general questions
