Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and punctuality
- Familiarity with reservation systems and telephone etiquette
Job Duties
- Greet guests in person or by phone and schedule reservations
- Coordinate and control guest flow by seating and acknowledging departures
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the host station
- Assist guests with coat check and seating arrangements
- Answer phones professionally and manage reservation documentation
- Support Manager in planning reservations and seating assignments
- Communicate guest requests, complaints, and ideas to management
