Job Requirements
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- One year of previous experience in similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have or be able to obtain WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Must have or be able to obtain Class 12 or Class 13 Alcohol Permit
Job Qualifications
- Ability to obtain a Class III B gaming license
- Minimum of one year experience in similar role preferably in fine dining or upscale restaurants
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must have or be able to obtain WA State Health Card/Food Handlers Permit
- Must have or be able to obtain Class 12 or Class 13 Alcohol Permit
- Knowledge of health and safety standards and regulations
- Ability to speak knowledgeably about food and beverages
- Competency in reservation management systems
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- Proficiency in English, including reading, writing, and speaking
Job Duties
- Exemplifies MCR's values and demonstrates excellent guest service and professionalism
- Practice, support and promote the mission, vision, and values of Muckleshoot Casino Resort
- Provide an exceptional first impression by demonstrating professionalism and friendliness
- Efficiently handle incoming reservations, confirm them, and allocate appropriate tables
- Escort guests to tables and present menus
- Ensure tables are properly set up with clean tableware
- Communicate with waitstaff to maintain organized seating and optimize occupancy
- Maintain waitlist and estimate wait times
- Keep reservation records and seating charts updated
- Maintain a clean and organized entryway and lobby
- Promote special offers, wine selections, and other promotions
- Provide menu information, daily specials, and assist with special requests
- Handle guest complaints professionally and resolve issues
- Perform other duties as assigned
