Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in a high volume restaurant environment preferred
- strong communication skills
- proficient in digital reservation systems
- ability to multitask effectively in busy settings
- availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Handle high volume seating organization and needs in a professional, guest focused manner
- greet guests as they enter the restaurant
- input accurate reservations and special requests into digital reservation system
- answer customer inquiries regarding history, policies and procedures
- communicate messages and special request to management in a precise and clear way
- help to clear and reset tables to seat guests in a timely fashion
