Job Requirements

  • Must obtain Food Handler's Certificate
  • Servers must obtain valid TABC certificate
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to stand, walk, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms frequently
  • Availability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Good peripheral vision and hearing
  • Willingness to follow attendance, tardiness, and safety policies
  • Must be able to speak English clearly and accurately

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a customer service or front of house role is beneficial but not required
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Willingness to learn and receive training
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and warm demeanor
  • Valid Food Handler's Certificate for all front of house employees
  • Valid TABC certificate required for servers

Job Duties

  • Serve guests quickly, efficiently, and courteously
  • Provide superior customer service
  • Plan, organize, and multitask while maintaining a clean and orderly workstation
  • Anticipate and fulfill guest needs proactively
  • Learn and communicate detailed menu information to guests
  • Operate a touch screen point of sale system accurately
  • Maneuver safely through the dining room while carrying trays
  • Remain stationary for up to 50 percent of work shift
  • Receive and adapt to instructions
  • Speak English clearly and accurately
