Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Level 4 Gaming License required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but routine instructions
- Physical ability to stand, walk, handle objects, reach, talk, hear, and lift or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work in a moderate noise and smoky casino environment

Job Duties
- Handle initial cordial reception to the guests upon arrival and promptly escort them to dining tables
- Advise guests of waiting times during reservation periods
- Assist and facilitate the restaurant seating and reservation system
- Take guest beverage orders and inform guests of food offerings in buffet settings
- Seat guests and present menus in ala carte settings
- Receive payments courteously and adhere to cash control policies
- Answer guest questions and refer complex inquiries to management
- Maintain the podium area by stocking supplies and cleaning
- Answer telephones and assist with special requests
- Provide information on food offerings, hours of operation, and pricing
