Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- must have a Level 4 Gaming License
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- ability to lift or move up to 25 pounds frequently
- must be able to handle a smoky work environment
- must be able to interact cordially with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- possession of a Level 4 Gaming License required
- ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- ability to write simple correspondence
- ability to perform basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions

Job Duties
- Handles initial cordial reception to the guests upon arrival and the prompt courteous escort to a dining table
- advises guests of waiting time during reservation periods
- responsible for assisting and facilitating the restaurant seating and reservation system
- takes guest beverage order and informs guests of various food outlet offerings available in the buffet
- seats guest and presents menus in an ala carte environment
- receives payment from casino guests in a prompt and courteous manner
- adheres to established cash control policies and procedures
- answers any guest questions and refers them to appropriate management personnel if necessary
- helps maintain podium by stocking supplies and cleaning as needed
- answers telephones and guest questions
- assists with special requests when applicable
- answers questions concerning food offerings, hours of operation, and pricing
