Job Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. preferred
- Level 4 Gaming License required
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions
- Basic math skills in addition, subtraction, division and multiplication
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed instructions
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to talk and hear clearly
Job Qualifications

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to write simple correspondence
- Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to deal with standardized problems involving a few concrete variables
Job Duties
- Handles initial cordial reception to the guests upon arrival and the prompt courteous escort to a dining table
- Advises guests of waiting time during reservation periods
- Responsible for assisting and facilitating the restaurant seating and reservation system
- Takes guest beverage order and informs guests of buffet food outlet offerings
- Seats guests and presents menus in ala carte environment
- Receives payment from casino guests in prompt and courteous manner
- Adheres to established cash control policies and procedures
- Answers guest questions and refers them to appropriate management personnel
- Helps maintain podium by stocking supplies and cleaning as needed
- Answers telephones and guest questions
- Assists with special requests when applicable
- Answers questions concerning food offerings, hours of operation, and pricing
