Job Duties
- Greet guests in person or by phone to schedule reservations
- Coordinate guest flow by seating, greeting, and acknowledging departures
- Maintain a clean and orderly host station
- Assist guests with coat check and special requests
- Manage reservation lists accurately and communicate waiting times
- Work with managers and team members during banquets and special events
- Follow Eddie Merlots policies and procedures including safety and sanitation
